Rest day…?
Today was supposed to be my rest day but I ended up running 4 miles. I couldn’t help myself…it’s just SO nice outside. It’s been pouring where I live so running in the sunshine feels like a blessing. I mean, I like running in the rain once in a while but 5 days in a row is a little much. Ahh oh well, I’ll take a rest day tomorrow.
